Diode Identification

Hi,

Need help identifying these Diodes for replacement. It’s on a mazda ECU board. No other idenfier except for a blue band and the letter “G”. Thanks!

I was unable to find anything on a diode with this marking.
They shouldn’t be a very high current diode. If we have the dimensions, we can look for one with a similar size, and will handle the automotive voltage, and a high enough wattage. For diodes, you can use a higher voltage and wattage rating usually. Click Here for the available diodes we carry, that may work for you. These are rated for up to 50V, and range from 1 - 3A ratings.
