Can anyone please identify the part number for the diodes used in this opto-isolator breakout? The datasheet does not list any part numbers.
Note: not the diodes inside of the actual optoisolator chip, but the two surface mount diodes.
The schematic here for the board indicates that those are transistors rather than diodes, and doesn’t specify a particular part number either. Given the intended use and configuration, most any small-signal NPN would suffice, with the '847 & '3904 being some of the more ubiquitous generics of the type.
