DKRed to Canada?

Hi there - I tried to add some PCBs using DKRed builder (PCB Builder) but when it attempted to add to my cart, it failed with the error:

“This product is not available for the currency selected. 3237-PCB_BARE_BOARD-ND”

The pages say you ship to both US and Canada, so how do I add this to my cart? Also, do you have an update on when stencil will be available as part of the order?

Hello @marcn

Currently you do need to change your currency to USD.

To change the currency select the flag at the top of the page.

On the right side of the pop-up it will allow you to toggle your currency.

Let me know if you are still running into the issue.

We do not have a timeline of when we will have stencil services, at the moment it’s just an item on the roadmap.

Hello @Erik_Brateng,

I’m getting the same issue as the original post with the same error message when trying to place a DKRed order from canada:
“Due to restrictions, we are unable to add this item to your order. 3237-PCB_BARE_BOARD-ND”.

I am in USD currency and on the “.com” website.
The “.ca” website no longer shows the DKRed option.

Is DKRed still available to ship to Canada?

The DKRed Service is not currently available in Canada.

For Canada our only PCB Fabrication Service is from Precision Circuit Board Source.

Can you confirm that the PCBs made using this supplier are built in the US?

Precision Circuit Board Source’s small run/prototyping fabrication is done in California, USA.

I’m sorry for the confusion on this. The removal of DK Red from Canada was end of August. The removal of the option from our website is being worked on.
