Existing schematic appears empty

I have an existing schematic that shows a good thumbnail in the schematic selection page but when it opens is shows as empty and “unsaved”. Sometimes it doesn’t open at all but gets stuck on the red spinner as reported in another recent thread. The schematic title is ‘LMK Clock Distribution”.

Looking at the browser debug console (attached) I see uncaught ReferenceErrors for “utag_data” and “utag” plus a bunch of 403s trying to access some cloudfront symbols.

Losing that design isn’t a huge deal because I wasn’t very far along in the design but I don’t want to start another and have the same issue.

Thanks.

Well, I just created a new empty project and added 2 components from DigiKey part numbers and saved it. Went to open it again and it was blank.

So I logged out and created it again then just closed the browser tab and re-opened it. Surprise! It loaded as “Unnamed Project(Unsaved)”.

So basically it seems that Scheme-It doesn’t work for logged-in users.

Thank you for reaching out. This issue is an ongoing bug that our development team is actively working to resolve. We appreciate you bringing this additional case to our attention for further review.

@Curtis_Johnson Thanks for the update. Just FYI… I’m guessing this is related but there also seem to be issues saving and recalling favorites and custom symbols. For instance, if you add a part to favorites then view favorites, it may or may not show up. Let’s say it does show up so if you add a second part to favorites, then view favorites again the first favorite is gone but the second shows up.

Which part numbers did you use for the LMK Clock Distribution?

Thanks.

Curtis

I marked them as favorites but unfortunately, I can’t log into scheme-it at all now…

Bad Request

Looking at my order history though, I think they were…

296-LMK05318BTRGZRQ1CT-ND

and

887-2499-1-ND

I’m able to log in again and the LMK05318B part number was 296-LMK05318BTRGZTQ1CT-ND.

Interestingly, I created yet another new project “New Project 2025-08-24 14:21” with the same two components and sometimes I can edit it and sometimes it comes up blank and unsaved.

Hello.

I apologize for the delay in responding. We have narrowed down the issue to a group of symbols. We are working on trying to recover projects that have included these symbols. In the meantime, refrain from using the symbols created by Ultra Librarian.

Thank you.

Curtis

@gtjoseph We have great news. The issue has been resolved and projects should be able to be accessed.

Thank you for your patience. We sincerely appreciate it.

Curtis

Yep I can confirm that I can get to my existing diagrams! Thanks!
