Out of curiosity what type of equipment are you restoring?
Unfortunately, you are unlikely to find a drop-in replacement with these chassis mount dual electrolytic capacitors. Options:

Instead, install discrete units inside the chassis.
2 ea 22 uF type UCY2H220MHD by Nichicon
2 ea 39 uF typr UCY2H390MHD by Nichicon -
If you are a purest, and wish to preserve the unit’s look, you may be able to carefully open the capacitor can and install the new units. This takes considerable care and a lathe to open the can without destroying the metal.
Note that capacitors have loose 20 % tolerance. The selected 22 and 39 uF values are generally within this specification.

P.S. You may want to use terminal strips as a new home for yor capacitors.
