To whom it may concern,
I am trying to locate a replacement for a slide switch with solder lugs, has GL on the side of the switch. Low voltage is running through it. The mechanism that the switch clips into is specific thus the reason looking for an exact replacement.
Any help that you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Can’t really get an exact P/N from the info available, but it looks like an SPDT slide switch. Short(er) list of similar-seeming parts here. Specifying the switch function needed would probably be a good next step to narrowing things further before one starts checking datasheets for dimensions.
The switch just is used as an on off for an LED light bar that is powered by 3 AA batteries. The switch isn’t much, but the enclosure that it goes in is critical. The width of the switch is .440 mm, the holes are 15mm apart and the length of the body of the switch is 10.5mm.
Maybe take a look at MS1201L2B.
