is it possible to check the grade on your current stock of this item?

Hi Shaun,
Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum.
Can you explain what you mean by grade? I’m not familiar with that terminology for a transistor. Also, there is no mention of the grade level of this transistor within any documentation of it.

Thanks for the email.

The grade is denoted by the letter at the bottom of each chip, on this picture for example, the ‘M’ under Malaysia.

Thanks for that clarification. I’m sorry to say we won’t be able to check on that. We don’t generally have the ability check the parts like that prior to an order. If you have a requirement for a certain grade of these you can provide that in the order notes. If we can meet your requirements the order will ship once processed, otherwise you will be sent an email informing that we cannot meet your requirements.
