Hello identifying part

I am trying to repair my washing machine, AEG Lavalogic 1610, and have found a component that is shorted. I have provided a picture of it. I think it is called “IR10 0418L” but I am not sure.

There is another component that is similar (and not shorted) called “IR12 0412L” (clearer marking, second picture). It has an in-circuit voltage drop of 0.2 volt.

I have not been able to find out exactly what kind of component this is.

I need a replacement of the first one. I have search for hours but not found anything resembling it so far. I hope someone here might have an idea.

Looks like you have MBRS1100TR from International Rectifier (now Infineon)

They don’t make that anymore, below is one of the closest 100V Schottky Diodes I could find in that package size:
SDT5H100SB-13 Diodes Incorporated | Discrete Semiconductor Products | DigiKey

Awesome. I guess that explains why I couldn’t find anything about that device. Thank you for suggesting a substitute.

Just wanted to let you know that the component works just fine. My washing machine is running again. I was lucky the rest of the board survived the short.
