Help needed to identify this 6 pin chip

Hi, I need to identify this chip if possible. It’s on a KRK Rokit RP6 G4 PSU board that went pop:

Thanks in advance :folded_hands:

On further investigation looks like its the mosfet driver ic that drives the SVF10N65T mosfet and it’s a Rokit 5 not an RP6(Was tired when I wrote this first). I found one Youtube video for a similar issue were the mosfet blows and takes the driver ic with it, but that was for a different model, and the mosfet was different, a SFT20N65M5. I am not sure the driver IC would be the same. They identified it as a NCP1251 but I’m not sure if that would overpower the slightly lower rated SVF10N65T compared to the SFT20N65M5 that model was using.

Thank you for contacting DigiKey , sorry I am not seeing that we have any drivers to offer with the marking showing on this one .

Thanks Craig

Thanks Craig,

Yes I think KRK mark them with their own code so people have to take it to them for repair.

martin5,
We can offer you a full-fledged analogue if you draw a simple diagram of this microcircuit.
