Hello and welcome to the TechForum @PS26! It looks like we don’t carry product from the manufacturer who made this, however I did find what looks like a drop in replacement. Part number is 338-2745-ND made by Cornell Dublier/Knowles. 161-193uF, which is marked on your photo, could also be written as 161uF with a tolerance of +20%, -0%. It’s the same range of values either way, just written in a different notation. Voltage rating looks good at 125VAC max.
I recommend double checking the terminal types and the size to make sure they match, especially if it already has mating terminals in your system and/or room is a concern. Our is 1.438" diameter by 2.810" tall, with 1/4" quick-connect terminals. Hope this helps!
