We are designing a high power radio unit test setup. for the high power measurement, I am using the 30 dB RF attenuator in between the Vector signal analyzer to the antenna connector of the device under test. Is it possible to route the low-power RX antenna path signal from the Vector signal generator through the 30dB attenuator & will this high power attenuator affect my VSG output?

I have not used a vector signal analyzer or generator but do not think you can route the VSG low power signal path through the same 30dB attenuator. Can you clarify how you connecting the test instruments with your DUT?
