Hello I am looking for a part similar to the CGD15SG00D2 CREE MOSFET Driver. It is very fast and suitable for a variety of high voltage mosfets. It is very hard to come by, so I am looking for similar driver circuits like this one. Would love some help!

The CGD15SG00D2 is a demo board from Cree designed to show how to design an effective driver for their SiCFETs. It is not intended to be used in an end product, but rather only to demonstrate how such a design would perform and to show how to go about designing one yourself.
The key components in that demo board are:
- IXYS IXDN609SI gate driver
- Skyworks SI8261BCD isolated gate driver
- Murata MEJ2D1209SC isolated DC-DC converter
. . . all of which are in stock as of the time of this entry.
The documentation for the CGD15SG00D2 describes how it functions and how to create your own. The schematic, BOM, and layout recommendations are given on pages 13 - 15 of that document.
