How identify pin pitch on slide switches

I am trying to purchase an spdt slide switch that has pins to fit a through-hole 2.54 mm-pitch pcb. I don’t see how to choose that on the selection page; nor do I see in on the datasheets I’ve looked at. Can someone clue me in please? Thanks

Hello Darto,

Pitch of the termination does not appear to be something we filter by, but that information should be available on either the datasheet or drawing. For example, there is EG1903-ND, looking at page two of the datasheet it does show a drawing showing that this one does have a 2.5mm pitch.
If you are able to provide switch function and voltage/amp requirements, we can further narrow down the list to see if we have something that world work for your application.

Thank you for the reply. This switch needs to connect the central pin to each of the other two pins. I have 12 volts and less than once amp. The switch I’ve been using (679-3535-ND) is not longer available.

Darto,

Would something like GH7810-ND work for you? According to the datasheet, it should have a 2.54mm pitch, and it is the straight option based on the ordering information on the datasheet.

OK, I think I’ve figured it out. Your answer let me know that “Termination Style” refers to the pins, and once I put in PC Pin as a filter it narrowed it down. The highest current offered is 500 mA and only 8 choices so I’ll go with one of those strange-looking ones: 450301014042-ND. That one does have a datasheet showing the pin pitch too.

Oh, woops we posted at the same time. I will check out your suggestion too–that looks more like what I have now. Thank you.
