I have a Mezzanine Connector which is from the internal M12 Aviator flex cable from inside the Livox mid360.
We have contacted Livox and they have not agreed to give any information to any internal parts.
so I will need to try identify what part or even company this fine pin connector is from for our project.
The pins are of pitch 0.4 and (2 row 24 position)
The connectors measured is of size: potentially with ±0.05mm error
1.35mm x 6.32mm
2.5mm x 7.35mm
We have tried the TE Connectivity plug assembly, which looks super close to the connectors we have but they look ever so slightly different(not as rounded) and don’t snap as nicely as the original ones do. They also have slightly more curved edges. Any possibility they are TE, but they changed the design slightly.
please review the photos for which ones were tying to identify.

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum. I checked for options and the TE parts you list seem to be the closest options. I see no PCN’s listed for the TE parts so it’s not likely they have changed. One way to try find the manufacturer or series is to look very closely at the connectors to see if they have any kind of marking , could be letters, numbers or both. These can sometimes help us track down the exact part.

There was only one marking on the connector which I am unsure if they are just from the construction process. I will try provide the clearest picture of it as I can, however its very small almost not even visible by eye.
