Good question, it looks like a normal miniature momentary push button but the product page description does not say momentary. The data sheet says its function is ON(1-6)-OFF, that indicates it is a normal NO momentary push button although the standard notation is (ON)-OFF.

Thank you for contacting DigiKey , I contacted the manufacturer on this and here is the reply I got from them .

For pn# GPTS203212B is a push on –push off alternate action. when pushing the actuator the switch with transition between the on and the off position. The actuator will not “latch”, it will return back. So the actuator will return (like momentary) but the contacts will be alternate action. I hope this is clear.

Yes, it is latching. Latch on, latch off.
