Could you please clarify what the current issue is with this part? Additionally, will it still be available for supply in the future?
The issue is that the part in question is a high-precision resistor with a tight tolerance, relatively uncommon resistance value, and a price tag about 10x higher than more common resistors. Usage of the part is low as a result, so it doesn’t make sense to produce and stock a large number of them in advance.
The product series remains active and will likely be produced for some time. Since the specific item requested is a specialty part that I suspect is only produced after an order is received, it is likely that a lead time of several weeks or more will always apply.
