I could be mistaken but what it appears what you have is two relays, so two contacts on each set would be the coil ( to turn on the relay ) and then the other three contacts on each set would be SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) looks like the number 9 contact is not used in it’s current configuration.
Information we do not current have but would need would be the coil voltage of the relays, and the switching/contact voltage and current rating of the of the switching side, otherwise known as load.
Does this application have sockets it plugs into or is it just quick connect females going to this? If this until plugs into sockets some measurements of the contacts and spacing would be helpful, if not a part number for the socket they use would be of great assistance.
If it is not socketed we could find two relays that could potentially work for this if we had the above requested voltage/current ratings.
