This appears to be the original, now obsolete, part:
One of the two suggested substitutes on that page appears to be a drop in replacement, K10P-11D55-48. Unfortunately it has 350 piece minimum order size ($18,525.43US).
You may have to choose an electrically compatible relay and either use wires, or design an adapter PCB, to connect it to the system.
Another option is to ask around at audio equipment forums and you may find some new old stock of the original part or some other practical/economical solution.
Here’s one other relay that would likely work for you and is in stock at the time of this posting:
There are some very subtle differences (small fraction of mm) in contact spacing, but it’s very close. Please check datasheet to determine compatibility on your board.

I’m guessing that’s the replacement the forum folks are using - will confirm and let you know, and thanks.
Never heard back from the Phase Linear folks so went ahead and ordered the LY2 relay. Pin spacing is identical but the pins themselves are slightly wider. I didn’t want to risk damaging the PCB trace by drilling out the holes so I filed the pins to fit - we’re back up and running. Thanks again for the help here.
