Looking for alternatives to the ws2811 but with RGBW

I’m looking at making an RGBW par light and am wondering if there are any alternatives to the ws2811 that would be able to control 4 channels (RGBW) as opposed to just the 3 (RGB). Or do you know if they make an IC version of the SK6812? Thank you!

Hello Slashmarx,

Welcome to the Digi-Key tech forum.

The closest options within our inventory that I could find for your inquiry, are in the two links below.
Take a look at the part 1528-1611-ND manufacturer part 2860 from Adafruit.
Also in the link below you can browse some options of the RGBW strips and LEDs that we currently have in stock.

Hope that helps.

Thank you so much for the response!

Yeah, that’s what I came up with as well. The problem I have is that I already have the LEDs picked out and I just want to make sure that I pick the correct chip to use. I guess it is the 2811 after all!
