Looking for current firmware version for 70002405 (16 port server)

We purchased the ConnectPort LTS 16 port MEI RS232/422/485 RJ-45 terminal server. I need to find out what the current firmware version is and if it is patchable? I also need to know the current BIOS version.

Thank you! Here is the link for Digi’s Support Portal, where they list the latest firmware and have links to update if you need to.

On the same support link, type in 70002405 BIOS and scroll down for BIOS information. If you don’t see the information you need, let me know and I will contact our Product Specialist for assistance.

We checked every link that we could think of on that support page and couldn’t find the BIOS version. If you could reach out to the Product Specialist, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hello Trisha: I don’t have that answer for you yet, but I have e-mailed the Product Specialist today and asked for an update.

Per supplier:

The Connectport LTS product line has never had upgradable/changeable bios.
