Looking for replacement 10k variable resistor for JVC CEX40206-B14

My Commodore 1701 Monitor has no contrast. Would like to replace the 10k variable resister but the original part is unobtainum. JVC CEX40206-B 14

Any compatible VR avaialable?

Thanks but I have that manual which is how I found the JVC part number. I suppose I’ll need to pull the VR off the board and try to match it up to a visually similar 10k VR
