Looking for this Connector

I am looking help to identity this connect. It is part of a 2020 Jeep Wrangler JL push to start 6 pin female connector. The rear of the connector has a hinge that latches downward to hold the wires.

Hello srogers1126, and welcome to the DigiKey TechForum.

We do have A117760-ND that does have the latch to hold the wires in the connector and is similar in someways but not exact. Finding some closer would require the dimensions of the connector, although it should be noted, that from what I could find it does appear that it is an OEM connector.

Thanks for the response. Here are the dimensions.

width: 16.54mm

Height: 9.17mm

If you know the the tool to remove the terminals, I couldn’t that route as well.

Hi srogers1126,

It’s clearly an “AMP” connector, which is part of TE Connectivity.

@nick_13812 may well be right that it’s a proprietary connector made just for Jeep/Fiat/Chrysler/Stellantis.

The key dimension we need to try to ID a connector is the pitch, P, which is the spacing from the center of one pin to the next. No other dimension is as important for identifying a connector.

To measure the pitch accurately, measure from the center of the first pin to the last pin (or for even more accurate results, from the left or right side of the first contact and the same side of the last contact) and then divide by one less than the number of contacts. This improves accuracy compared to just measuring the spacing from one contact to the next.

Pitch = P = L ÷ (number of contacts - 1)

The two parts we have which seem to most closely match your connector are:

Thanks for the response. Looks like my pitch is 2.26mm. What terminals do I use? Or how do I figure that out?
