Regarding if atmospheric conditions can affect cure time for Micro-Measurements MMF006539 such as flying in an airplane, please see below response from our product manager:

“Dow Corning 3145 is not an epoxy, but an RTV silicone rubber: https://docs.micro-measurements.com/?id=2393.
As such, what would negatively affect the cure process would be low temperature and lack of humidity more than low atmospheric pressure.”
-In a personal opinion, I think they meant to say low temperature and/or high humidity will negatively affect the cure process, leading to a longer curing time.
