Miller Ampenol 97/ TE Multimate III+ pin identification

I have a plug off of a miller welder that I am looking for replacement pins for. They might be proprietary, I can find them here and here in both wire gauges, but at a price I am not super interested in paying if available here more reasonably. It seems like Amphenol has discontinued the plastic type 97 connector, I have switched to the aluminum connector on one machine. I can get pins that are close in a TE Multimate III+ pin# 1-66099-6. The pin length on the TE .390”, the Amphenol pin length is close to.530”.

Any help will be greatly appreciated,

George Weiler

Hello George and welcome to the DigiKey TechForum.

Unfortunately, we do not filter our contact by the length. Based on the information provided I was able to narrow it down to the options linked HERE that may work for you.

I appreciate the info, I still feel like the TE Multimate III+ is the closest match. bUt yes the pin length is for sure the problem, I have been through so many drawings with no luck so far.
