Im looking for a Molex 24p and 18p connector that is the through hole version of 43025-2408 and obviously the 18p variant also. I have previously purchased 44769-2401 but it doesnt fit in the opposing connector although the pitch is stated as the same and keying is correct.

I checked Molex’s system for all compatible listed mates for these series of parts.
They do not have through hole, board to board listed mates for the female socket side of the connectors, only free hanging crimped contact terminated housings.
Do you know the part number of the part you are trying to plug into? If you know that part number we may be able to find a mate for it.
