Looking for replacement MOSFETS FOR HER1004G and HER1004GA FOR 400WATT AMP 12V AUTOMOTIVE APPLICATION.
One is pnp and the other npn i believe.

We do have the HER1004G in our system, you can view the two options linked HERE. They are the same part, but the H suffix has an automotive rating.
In regard to the HER1004GA, from what I can find, it is a 1 Pair Common Anode diode array. One of the options linked HERE may work for you. If you require an automotive rating, 1801-UGF1005GAH-ND and 1801-SFF10L05GAH-ND both do.
