It appears that this may be a Barrel Jack, similar to those linked HERE.
I haven’t been able to find something that looks similar to the one you have in the image above, but we could potentially find some similar to this if we had more information. For example, if you could provide an image of the plug that mates with this one, the model number of your NVR or CCTV may help as well. It could also be beneficial for any electrical specifications this jack may have.

I will add missing information and context.
I have lost original DC adaptor that came with the NVR(hence, I don’t have the plug that mates with it) and after searching alot of places, someone directed me to DigiKey to look for it.
NVR model is : Galaxy (GX-HT-NVR8104-P4 )

I took a look at what specifications the part does provide but a barrel size for the plug wasn’t noted. The voltage/amperage profile does fit product we supply. If you can confirm the size of the barrel, then give 1939-1189-ND a look.
It will have 3 options in set, 1.3x5.5mm, 2.1x5.5mm, and 2.5x5.5mm.
