Need Naked/Flexible Video Cable for RetroPie Build

Hey all, I am currently building a RetroPie emulator in the form of a handheld controller/screen. For those not familiar with the RetroPie world I am essentially building a Nintendo Switch for retro games! I am close to finishing my first version of said build, but I am missing one crucial component. I require the video cable to connect the LCD screen to the Raspberry Pi computer.

This cable needs to have the following characteristics:
1. Male HDmi connection at a 90 degree bend UP
2. Male Micro-Usb connection at a 90 degree bend UP
3. EXTREMELY slim and flexible insulation if at all

The directions angles can be confusing so just to specify, if the Hdmi and Micro-USB ports are trapezoids, the shorter base length is on the bottom in the orientation of the first image. The cable needs to bend 90 degrees upwards towards the sky. This is true for both ends of the cable

I will provide pictures to help describe the situation. If anyone reading this knows where I can find such a cable or how to build one myself that would be much appreciated!

Thanks

Hello, welcome to the Techforum! I checked in our system for a cable matching your needs but unfortunately I was unable to find one with the 90 degree angles that you are looking for.

Worst case scenario I can change my design to accommodate it better but what if we try using adapters.

Would it be a bad idea to use two 90 deg adapters on each side and then merge them together with a very flexible cable?

Something like this ideally, but of course with different connections

Hello,
I did some checking on possible adapters, connectors and cable assemblies and wasn’t successful in finding any options to offer.

There are connectors that we carry, but we are currently out of stock of the right angle adapter that you need. Adafruit has a right angle HDMI adapter to a connector for a FFC. You can then add a different HDMI on the other end.
