Hello simon1, welcome to the TechForum! The closest item I could find in stock is DMP34M4SPS-13DICT-ND. I do not know if it will be a perfect fit as I could not find much documentation on the package design mentioned in the datasheet I found. They called it a “PDFN 5x6P”. Many DFN packages are similar to one another, so I just found generic 8 pin DFNs that might work as a substitute. I would advise checking the potential alternate’s datasheet for a layout drawing.
