I have searched the category for Triac, SCR Output Optoisolators Unfortunately I was unable to locate a suitable cross. Primarily options having the SCR output type. I do see in stock those with Triac output type. You may review those alternatives Click Here
It looks like the NTE part is a zero-cross type, so that narrows it down a bit.
I didn’t find anything that looked like an exact match, but since they don’t standardize how the specs are given, it’s difficult to pin that down precisely.
