Obsolete part 2N6109 need replacement

Possible replacements I’ve found: KSA1010YTU, TIP32AG, MJE2955TG. Not sure which will be the best substitute for the 2N6109.

The NJW0302GOS-ND looks to be a good option from what I had found.

Hey Thanks! This looks like a better part, performance wise, but is in a different package, TO-3P-3L vs TO-220-3. The pinout is the same however so will probably work fine in TO-220-3 footprint.

Having the same package similar electrical characteristics this looks to be a good match.
