OZ-SS-112LM1F,000 is an obsolete general purpose relay from TE Connectiity/Potter & Brumsfeld Relays.
Based on my time searching through our replacement options I believe that part number 39-G2R-1A-EDC12-ND, made by Aratas (Formerly Omron Components), is our best option for an alternative. It meets or exceeds the critical specifications such as max switching current, coil voltage, and max switching voltage, and notably it has the same footprint as the original meaning it can be dropped into an existing PCB footprint that used the original TE product.
