Looking for a substitute for a Niko Semiconductor MOSFET.
It’s part number P1703BDG. What would fit and work?

The 2156-IRLR8256TRPBF-ND was the most similar item I had found.

A similar option rated at 40w instead of 50w would be TSM090N03ECPROGCT-ND. Please review the datasheet TSM090N03E_A15 (taiwansemi.com) before ordering.

404 error on the link. 2156-IRLR8256TRPBF-ND doesn’t show up in search either. But the Taiwan Semi part that Jeff found should work fine. Thanks to you both for your time!
