PADS Maker License Renewal - HOW?

I see that PADS Maker Schematic and Layout have one year licenses which expire. Unfortunately due to COVID, I have not been active enough to see the count down and my licenses have now expired. When I run Schematic or Layout, I am prompted to “Enter Software Activation Key”.

How do I receive a new annual activation key for my PADS Maker Schematic and Layout please?

PADS Maker has been discontinued. From what I read, you should have received an offer to upgrade to PADS Standard.
