PCB Builder changing board dimensions

I am having trouble with the PCB Builder changing board dimensions from 2.246" x1.89" to 13.4417 * 9.208 and kicking it out of DK red pricing for size violation. Image looks 90% correct but not perfect. Gerbers generate a perfect file through GC prevue reader. Please help. Thanks

Hi Kristof,

Thanks for getting back to me. I have uploaded the original document set. Please advise what needs to be done to the attached file set in order to get to get correct visuals in PCB Builder and generate a quote. These files work OK with OSHPArk, but I would like to get it quoted with DK Red as you are capable of a faster turn time. Thanks for your help, Dave

You can try a different gerber viewer and verify the results. You can use DigiKey or PCBway gerber viewer.

The biggest problem was the .GM1 layer wasn’t being detected as outline, so the board size was being influenced by how large the .GM7 documentation layer was.

I renamed the .GM1 extension layer to .GKO to automatically be detected as outline and deleted a few of the documentation layers that were outside of the outline, and it now should be good to go. I’m messaging you with the ZIP file I used.
