Can someone help me, what do I use to connect the #4 pin (red = +5v) and #10 pin (yellow = +12v) to a breadboard?

thank you, if there’s no break-out board, is it okay if to cut the wire on the power supply and connect it directly to the breadboard?
It is ideal and recommended to use a breakout board. Whether or not to use one is entirely up to you. Unfortunately the mating connector for ATX power supplies are to big to fit directly into breadboards.
