I have looked several places: with no luck finding the Identity for that part.
It looks as if the footprint were designed to accommodate two different package formats, suggesting a part having a well-standardized pinout and function, perhaps an op amp or logic gate. A person might be able to take some cues from the nature of what the circuit does, measure some surrounding signal levels, and find something that’d work as a replacement. As far as identification from the marking however, I’ve not found any solid leads either.
