Hello everyone,
I’m trying to fix a drone controller board, one of the SMD parts was burned (related to control one of the arms), from other side, I found this one not burned.
The SMD looks like SOT23 3 pin packaging, the number probably 2808.
To my knowledge, it’s like MOSFET, voltage controller or a kind of diode.
I really appreciate if you can help me to find this part or any alternative one.

Go on Google and search for “SMD-codebook PDF” search thru that and see if that’s any help.
An interesting document.
However after taking a look at it I am not seeing a “2808” marking called out.
The one instance I saw any line that had a “2808” in it did not have the same footprint as the imaged.
In some cases the 2808 may be a lot or date code. If that is the case then the marking would not be able to point to a specific device.
