Hi,
I need to interface LMX2582’s differential output to HMC744LC3 buffer.
The buffer supports CML inputs (0.1V-2Vpp input differential range). But there is no mention of it in LMX2582 datasheet.
How to interface this buffer in that case?

It looks like you are attempting to drive the MC744LC3 fanout buffer from the LMX2582RHAT RF outputs.
That seems like a reasonable solution, although I will admit this project is outside of my wheelhouse. Yet, as we explore the datasheets, we find devices designed for a 50 Ω:

PLL: Differential output A (+). This output requires a pullup component for proper biasing. A 50-Ω resistor or inductor may be used. Place as close to output as possible.

Buffer: All differential inputs to the HMC744LC3 are CML and terminated on-chip with 50 Ohms to the positive supply, Vcc, and may be AC or DC coupled.
Perhaps it would be useful to explore the associated reference design including the TI LMX2582EVM and Analog Devices HMC744LC3. We can often reverse engineer the design to meet our needs.
Sorry I could not offer better assistance. Perhaps other will make up for my deficiencies.
