Proximity/Occupancy Sensors Finished Units are designed to detect and respond to movement outside of the component but within the range of the sensor. The sensor types are acoustic, daylight sensor, microwave, passives infrared, and ultrasonic with a sensing coverage range from 400 square feet to 5000 cubic feet and outputs of 0 to 10V / PWM, logic, relay, and RF.

Specifications to determine which finished unit proximity/occupancy sensor is right for your application.
Sensor Type: The type of sensor technology used by the device, such as microwave, radar, ultrasonic, etc.
Voltage - Supply: Typically represented by a range, this indicates the low and high voltage limits which one can expect standard operation. Voltages outside this range may damage the device and other system components.
Coverage: An approximate indication of physical area that the sensor is capable of monitoring, under supplier-defined conditions.
Output Type: Indicates the type of electrical signal the device provides, such as analog, digital, voltage, etc.
Mounting Type: Indicates how the device is attached.
Color: The color of the device.
Operating Temperature: Recommended operating temperature, typically given in a range or as a maximum. Exceeding these temperatures may affect performance or damage the device and other system components.
Manual Override: Indicates if a device provides an auxiliary input that allows manual control of sensor output.
