Can you run a HDMI cable out from the Raspberry 5 into a Multiplexer that would supply power and video to 10 LCD’s 10.1 with out an additional power cable goin to each LCD

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum. I’m not familiar with this setup but perhaps one of our engineers or someone with who has did something similar to this can offer some assistance.
Each HDMI interface on the RPI5 can run one video ‘output’, as long as you don’t mind having 10 copies of this hdmi ‘frame’ then yes, you could use an hdmi mux…
Using both HDMI outputs, you can drive 2 separate video streams.
If your goal is 10 independent displays, a mux will not work.
