Recommendations on ESP32 module 9and ESP8266 device for M2S010-MKR-KIT

Hi, I bought this device and looks to be developed by Digi-Key with Microsemi. I reviewed specs and product docs and see pinout for connectors, but there are options for components and someone might say, “pick one,” but is there Digit-Key recommendation for ESP32 chip module and ESP8266 product that connects to this dev kit?
