Can this part be reflowed soldered using lead-free solder paste 250deg.C peak?
Refer to Datasheet Section 8.0 Soldering Information,
Reflow solder: 260℃ Max
Please note that actual reflow profile also depends on equipment, solder paste, PCB thickness, and other components on the board. Please consult your solder paste & reflow equipment manufacturer for their recommendations to adopt a suitable process.
