Replacement Varistor, T410-400D, and Relay Problem

Hello, I have 3 questions that I’d like to ask.

  1. I’m looking for a compatible replacement to the STMicroelectronics T410-400D. I tried typing said “T410-400D” on DigiKey, but I can’t seem to find an exact replacement on DigiKey.
  2. I have a “Z15104UL” varistor or MOV whatever you wanna call it. I’m unsure of which varistor or MOV would be compatible with “Z15104UL”. I’ve typed “Z15104UL”, Z151”, “Z151 04UL”, but I haven’t found a compatible match for it.
  3. I installed a replacement Aromat DS2YE-SL2-DC5V twice, and G6AK-234P-ST-US DC5 once correctly. When I had installed 2 replacement Aromat “DS2YE-SL2-DC5V” and one replacement “G6AK-234P-ST-US DC5”. I have tested the board multiple times to ensure the relay works fine. Had a proprietary fan/light control on hand with me. Tested the motor and it worked counterclockwise. Reversed it, relay worked and motor went clockwise. Tried to reverse it back to counterclockwise, and it won’t work. And it’s stuck in the clockwise position no matter how many times I pressed the reverse button to change the direction.

It questions me to the point where I question myself. Is it a T410-400D triac, varistor/MOV, 7-pin connector, and/or an 8-wire ribbon cable problem? If so, what is causing it to act like this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

MOV = metal oxide varistor

UPDATE: I have just found out that part number for Maida “Z151 - 04UL” is D6121ZOV151RA04 based on this specifications. However, I don’t seem to be able to find that part number “D6121ZOV151RA04” available on DigiKey. https://fcdn.goodq.top/caches/a15b88bf27d6d187bf88b48f63a231be/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cubWFpZGEuY29tL3FmeS1jb250ZW50L3VwbG9hZHMvMjAyMi8wOS8yLTEucGRm.pdf

Thank you for the recommendation. As for finding a replacement T410-400D, is there any alternatives for those too? Thanks.

@AdinPanthers

The below were the options I had found that are similar in specification to the original.
Data-sheet for the T410-400D
SGSTS02153-1.pdf (202.0 KB)

The T410-600H. The differences is in the off-state voltage rating 600v instead of 400 and the package being used TO-251-3 instead of SOT82.

The 1740-1012-ND was also found. This is made by WeEN Semi instead of ST-Micro.
This would be the 600v instead of 400. This would have the SOT82 package

Being the off-state voltage rating being 600v rather than being 400v and replacing SOT82 with TO-251-3. Will having higher volts on the new triac in place of the old one and swapping out the package hurt the board too? Thanks.
