Searching on the internet, it may be a BAT54S Schottky Diode.
A possible equivalent part on DigiKey’s website is part number 4878-BAT54SCT-ND
This part will be 2.8mm~3.0mm long.
Please check the datasheet to help verify compatibility to your application.
The NXP/Nexperia version of the BAT54S-QR might use that specific part marking.
