I have an older circuit that uses three different SMD diodes. Markings are L44H, L44J, and L44U. I need help locating replacements for all 3. Bodies are 3mm X 1.3mm and all have 3 solder pads. Thanks in advance!!
PBallNut, this diode is BAT54 (Diode 30 V 200mA Surface Mount SOT-23-3).

Thanks Adam7! I got this far but aren’t there different BAT54 configs that would correspond with the H, J, and U designation on the L44? Appreciate you taking time to reply!
Also, you can use KL4:
The letters after L44 have no meaning. It could be a part or lot number.
But remember, these are two Schottky diodes in series.
