Looking for an SSR to control the heater temperature. Throughole/SMD mount, 8~10A 230V with ZC.
Only could find the TL216 that meet this. Are there others ? Any hint for the circuit, that is any specific component needed around this relay on the DC/AC side for safety and limiting noise / EMI ?

As far as the protection from noise it seems that an MOV varistor may do the trick in reducing transient noise, though I’m not sure if that is what is exactly needed here.
