ST100 and 2012-K-MC1-RFB-000-ND

I purchased these two devices (ST100 and 2012-K-MC1-RFB-000-ND) on your advice that they work together (the manufacturer says so too), but one has a mini 1x8 header (Module side: AMP X-338069-8) and the other uses standard .100 jumper headers. Is there a cable available for purchase to mate the two, or is the intent that one needs to be built?

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum smotty,
I do not see an adapter for this arrangement.
I also do not see that transceiver listed to work with the ST100 board.
The K-Band Transceiver listed to work with the ST100 is 2012-1000-ND.

Thanks,

On closer inspection of the datasheets, the ST100 says “Pin configuration allows flat cable connection to RFbeam radar sensors like K-MC1.”

Is there a part number to connect AMP X-338069-8 to flat-cable?

Here are the pinout details:

Module:AMP X-338069-8)
Pin No. Name Description
1 /Enable GND: module active
2 VCC DC Supply V+
3 GND Supply GND
4 IF output Q_AC High gain intermediate frequency output Q, typical load: 1 kV
5 IF output I_AC High gain intermediate frequency output I, typical load: 1 kV
6 VCO in UVCO or left open
7 IF output I_DC Low gain intermediate frequency output I, typical load: 1 kV
8 IF output Q_DC Low gain intermediate frequency output Q, typical load: 1 kV

Here is the board pinout:(flat cable)
1 GND O 0V to sensor /enable input /Enable signal alwais active
2 Vcc O +5V, 150mA max
3 GND I/O 0V
4 IF HI_Q I Doppler Signal Q (quadrature) from high gain sensor output
5 IF_HI_I I Doppler Signal I (in phase) from high gain sensor output
6 VCO O 3.8V … 0V output 2.5V if not used
7 IF LO_I I Doppler Signal I (in phase) from low gain sensor output
8 IF LO_Q I Doppler Signal Q (quadrature) from low gain sensor output

It does not appear so.

An x-215083-8, some ribbon cable, and 8-position 0.1" IDC connector like the FCS-08-SG would seem to be a reasonable recipe for such a thing however.
