We were using [PSE-3000-54-F] CUI converter in one of our applications.Unfortunately this power converter has been failed during recent times.So we would like to perform a service repair for the same to know the root cause of the problem.
So kindly let us know what will be the procedure for the same and is there any possibilities of getting that faulty converter repaired.Looking forward to hearing from you in this regard.

Unfortunately, DigiKey is not equipped to repair equipment.
Recommend you reach out to Bel to see if they can assist with the repair, assist with troubleshooting, or recommend a replacement.
While the PSE-3000-54-F is obsolete there are still replacements available as of October 30, 2025.

If you do not get a response from the manufacturer, you can either search around for someone that can repair your power supply, or purchase a replacement, while they are still available. Since they are obsolete, the manufacturer will not be making these any longer. If you click on the part number PSE-3000-54-F, you can see what we have available from WEC as a Marketplace product, on our website.
The only other option is to look into replacing the complete system.
