The arrow pointing to the potentiometer looks like top row is [5, 2] and bottom row [5, ???]
Looking for a replacement surface mount OR ideally, a panel mount option. The current pot dial is cracked/soft due to age.

Top-adjustable trim pots that are currently in-stock may be found here. You’d want to select one that’s compatible with the footprint on your board, and has a similar end-to-end resistance. At this time, I am unable to make a positive identification of a suitable replacement based on these photos alone.
